We are thrilled to announce that our Chief Science Officer, Dr. Marvin Slepian, has been elected as a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS). This prestigious honor, awarded by the world’s largest general scientific society, recognizes Dr. Slepian’s “distinguished contributions to cardiovascular bioengineering, medical technology, and intellectual property leadership.”

As a Regents Professor at the University of Arizona and a pioneer in biomedical innovation—having co-developed the first FDA-approved total artificial heart—Dr. Slepian brings a lifetime of scientific rigor to Siensmetrica. His expertise is the driving force behind Tessa, our AI system designed to bring Transparency, Explainability, and Significance (T.E.S.) to scientific research.

“This recognition by the AAAS underscores the importance of the work we are doing at Siensmetrica,” said Marc Toth, CEO of Siensmetrica. “Marv’s commitment to scientific integrity is the foundation of our TScore, ensuring that we provide the investment and medical communities with a reliable metric for trustworthiness in research.”

Please join us in congratulating Dr. Slepian on this lifetime achievement.
